Revit Family Modeling for the Renovation Project

The client contacted eLogicTech for one of their high-value renovation projects. Their requirement was for the Revit family modeling of the interior elements including the furniture, lighting fixtures and the exterior structures as a whole. There were 218 structural units in the construction and the client wanted our team to model for them all with consistency.

Challenges In Terms of Design Quality and Consistency

Though having worked on several Revit modeling projects, eLogicTech's team was adept to address the challenges in all forms, the following asks by the client slowed the project progress significantly:

  • Creation of the Revit families in a specific style following the images provided by the client. This was addressed by our skilled team with a few design change suggestions which the client agreed happily.
  • Consistency across the components was another specific requirement from the client which our experienced team handled successfully with special attention.
