Project Scope and Description:
Area: 199,027 square feet

Hudson towers is a project of mini skyscrapers in the suburbs of Raleigh, North Carolina. This residential community is of two tall towers of G+13 floors (including 2-levels of car parking) and G+16 floors (including 2-levels of car parking). The area is fully developed and within a 5miles range of major retail outlets in the locality. With a build space of 213,067 square feet and 199,027 square feet, respectively, the project has all the modern amenities and ample free space around.

eLogicTech Solutions had developed the complete construction documents from schematic designs for this project. Based on the conceptual project plans and design drawings (input files – Revit model, hand-sketches, and PDF copies of the design), the detailed site plans, unit plans specific to the structural and mechanical systems were delivered.
