Nostrand Ave is a new luxury space in Brooklyn, NY. With 209 rental units and a fully furnished community facility, the residential structure has been designed considering current-day American living. Each floor-through apartment has large terraces at the front and back and a landscaped courtyard at its center.
Studying the objective and target customer group, eLogicTech provided detailed construction design and documentation. For this 6-story 5200 m2 modern residential space, the list of deliverables was as follows:
