Rupali is one of the founder members of eLogicTech Solutions and currently oversees all the operations of the organization and builds the business strategy with a focus on delivering real business value to our customers. She is the driving force behind infrastructure, sales, marketing, finance and administration functions.
She provides strategic direction to the organization for corporate branding and market positioning. She provides global sales leadership aimed at organizational growth and sustainability. Rupali’s vision for eLogicTech is based on building the organization with empowered people and providing a differentiated value add to the clients.
With over 20 years of managerial experience, she plays an integral role in guiding and developing core culture within eLogicTech. Prior to eLogicTech, Rupali managed a large team of developers at ADP Wilco. Prior to that, she was part of Motorola technology development team in Bangalore. Rupali received a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
Kanan holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from the University of Mumbai a Masters Degree in Urban Design and Architecture from Pratt Institute, New York and Post Professional Program from Domus Academy, Milan.
She has 17 years of professional experience. She worked with Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP, New York and 3Com Corporation, Santa Clara before heading back to India in 2003. At Skidmore Owings and Merrill LLP, she was involved with design and engineering of AOL – Time Warner Twin Towers in Manhattan.
In 2008, Kanan gave a talk on Technology & its challenges at the Business Forum of San Francisco, for Structural Engineering Association of Northern California. In 2015, Kanan was a panellist for a discussion on The Legacy of Charles Correa, by IIID Hyderabad Chapter. She also participated as a panellist for Technology – Key Influencer in revolutionizing design, by Design Perspective FOAID.
Kanan is passionate about building and materials. She loves travelling and finds many of her inspirations in small villages across the world.
As a Business Development head, David’s responsibilities include lead generation, client closures as well as facilitate communication and activities between eLogicTech and its clients.
David served as an executive of three international corporations active in the region Dillingham Corporation, Crown Zellerbach Corporation, and Texasgulf Inc. He was chairman of business programs at the East-West Center, Honolulu, honorary consul of Malaysia in Hawaii, and a senior partner of Arnstein & Lehr, a prominent Chicago-based law firm.
David is a graduate of Harvard University, the University of Chicago Law School, and Stanford Business School’s Executive Program.
