Overview

Located in Stateline, NV, the Edgewood Resort Clubhouse expansion project involved enhancing an existing 47,000 sq. ft. facility with a 13,500 sq. ft. addition. The expansion aimed to upgrade the clubhouse’s functionality and design while maintaining architectural consistency with the existing structure. eLogicTech was brought on board to refine and optimize the Revit model, ensuring seamless coordination between existing and proposed building elements.

Client Challenge

The client required eLogicTech to work with an existing Revit model that included both the current structure and the proposed addition. The major challenges included aligning the model with the latest design intent, coordinating between existing and proposed conditions, and completing the work within a tight five-month timeframe - all while maintaining compliance with WCSD documentation standards.

Our Scope of Work

eLogicTech’s team focused on enhancing the existing Revit model to reflect accurate architectural and construction details.

Key tasks included:

• Refining wall types, roof joining conditions, and wall heights.
• Incorporating detailed interior finishes.
• Preparing and coordinating the complete Construction Documentation (CD) set in line with WCSD standards.

Through consistent communication via emails, weekly coordination meetings, and PDF markups, the team ensured every update aligned perfectly with the client’s evolving design intent.
