St. Regis Hotel is a high rise building of 40 floors and a built-up area of approx 2,500,000 sq.ft. in Cairo, Egypt.

eLogicTech scope of work included architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection disciplines. The team designed and developed working model including all engineering disciplines. The aim was to develop a star hotel with related amenities like service apartments, restaurants, conference centres etc. The team designed and developed the exterior façade elements, along with maintenance and cleaning system.

In approx 8 weeks with abt 2160 manhours, the team completed the BIM model to meet the very challenging deadline. The tasks included coordination with structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines and resolution of all conflicts. Some design changes were suggested to resolve the conflicts which were appreciated by the client.
