Sea Breeze is an elegant and post-residential facility. The new 2-story senior housing facility has a roof terrace and garden. Witnessing modern contemporary living, the building design is modular and built to passive house standards with a site-built support structure constructed of a combination of cast-in-place concrete, masonry, and structural steel.
