Owayna Towers is a commercial building with 19 story structures and a total area of about 187798 sq ft. There are about 102 parking spaces at three levels all below grade. eLogicTech developed the BIM model using Revit 2012. The BIM model included architectural features like ceiling, flooring, furniture, plumbing and HVAC modeling.
The project highlight was edge profiling at the exterior glazing based on the wall sections for finish floor. As the drawings had a lot of inconsistencies, the team had to spend hours in modifying iteratively along with the completion of exterior glazing and paneling. Plumbing and water supply details were also a challenge in this project. Excellent planning and hours of hard work resulted in completing the project ahead of the deadline.
