Open Heart Ranch is a residential facility of single-story houses. With all the modern facilities for contemporary living, the residential houses accommodate all required amenities alongside a specially designed green landscape of a suburban theme.
eLogicTech developed the architectural layouts for the project, such as the exterior elevation views, sectional views, perspective views, wall section details, and cabinet sections, etc. With a site spanning across 74,700 square feet area and floor space of 7,725 square feet, the following were the project deliverables:
- Roof design and elevation drawing
- Wall types
- Door and & window families
- Roof framing and trusses
- Foundations drawing and construction documentation
