Maskeen 5665 is a residential apartment block located in Surrey, BC, Canada. The total built-up area is about 15822.32 sq. ft. and it has 29 Units with one level for underground parking. The block has 1, 2, and 3 bed units along with many outdoor amenities.
eLogicTech developed the schematic design set from the received sketches. During the process of planning, the team also referred to the bylaws and BcBc code 2006. With the client’s help and daily conference calls the team completed the entire schematic design set, the design development set, the building permit set and finally to the construction documentation set.
The team also helped the client develop several presentation views and floor plans which included the presentation of floor plans, elevations and 3D Renderings. eLogicTech team familiarized themselves with shadow study plans of residential apartments during the design development stage and also learned about the Canadian by-laws. Three different material wall shingles, Board & Batten and Siding are some of the highlights of this project.
