Doha Festival City Mall, with a gross leasable area of around 250,000 sqm, comprises of 550 outlets representing international and local brands, including 85 restaurants and cafes, VOX Cinemas and a snow park. It will feature around 8,000 parking spaces

eLogicTech created a BIM model for the huge shopping mall. The mall comprises of architectural and structural elements.

The model had to be built by coordinating with other departments, by accepting some changes and suggesting more, keeping the design unchanged. The BIM model and skylights were provided as per the information. The tasks were planned well ahead of the deadline and submissions were achieved well before the submission dates. Team size of 10 worked for almost 250 manhours towards developing the BIM models and meeting the short deadlines.
