Job Description:

• Multitasking with the ability and experience in managing multiple tasks and projects. Flexible and open to multiple shifts. Familiarity with and experience of working in Electrical disciplines.
• Should have good understanding of Electrical Design Development.
• Should be proficient in MEP Services of large-scale building projects.
• Should have worked on AutoCAD or REVIT MEP in 3D Modeling, Detailing of Drawings, Clash Detection using Navis Manage and Point Cloud to Revit or AutoCAD conversion.
• Should have knowledge on MEP Co-ordination with Architectural & Structural.
• Should have minimum knowledge in IBC, IEC, NEC Codes, and LOD Standards.
• Ability to adapt US construction technology and quality standards.
• To work with enthusiasm, focus to deliver error-free, and quality controlled deliverables.
• Designed lighting, power, and fire alarm layout for USA building projects.
• Sizing of different Receptacle under 208/120V Based on NEC Codes for the Power Plan.
• Preparation of drawings for multi-unit buildings in accordance with client requirements, code requirements, engineering standards and site adjustments.
• Preparation of drawings for building permit from the beginning stage till the submission.
• Attending online meetings with Clients, Project heads and other Supervisors Documented.
• Provided Arc Flash, voltage drop, and load calculations.
• Review Self QC of Design drawings on medium voltage and low voltage switchgear, motor control centers, generators, load banks, unit substations, and various pieces of equipment.
• Field verified conceptual Reports of all existing equipment to be relocated to new buildings.
• Calculated conductor voltage drop, lighting loads, and lighting panel sizes on site lighting for Buildings in United States.
• Managed one line diagrams and panel schedules for the Renovation Retail Stores core and shell and tenant fit-out packages provided and managed load calculations.

Desired Profile:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language.
• 3 to 5 years in engineer design and drafting and modelling MEP & F projects, with strong Electrical bias and a very comfortable approach with all aspects of building services.
• Passion and desire to learn and innovate.
• Willingness and motivation to work in a team environment.
• Candidates with long-term vision and dedication towards our profession.
• The individual must have sufficient interest and motivation to upgrade their technical expertise as required on an ongoing basis.
• Self-Motivated, organized and initiative taking individual.

Qualification:

• Excellent Academic Background, B.Tech Electrical would be Preferable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language.
