Project Brief:
A Casino with Hotel complex in the posh locality of Florence,
Oregon, having total site area of about 100 acres and total
built up area of about 150,000 sq ft. An interesting aspect
of the project was that the design was conceived as a combination
of wood & steel construction.
eLogicTech's SCOPE OF WORK:
eLogicTech was involved right from the conceptual stages
of this project. Design development initiated with schematic
sketches from the client. eLogicTech developed the preliminary
plans, exterior elevations and sections from these sketches.
As the design development crystallized into its final form,
eLogicTech developed details, internal elevations and enlarged
plans and collaborated with our clients to develop the complete
set of permit drawings. Once the building approval was over,
eLogicTech further developed the entire set of construction
drawings for this project.
