This project involves Technical Design Review of construction
documents for various retail outlets of different brands
to check for architectural coordination and CAD standards
along with brand conformity. Built up area of each of
these stores vary from 5,000-20,000 sq ft.
eLogicTech's SCOPE OF WORK:
eLogicTech's work involves Integrated Design Review (IDR).
This process involves checking for errors in construction
drawings and a back and forth communication process with
the client to render the drawings error-free within a
specific time limit.
The entire set of construction documents comprised of
architectural, mechanical and electrical drawings is procured
by eLogicTech and quality-checked to validate if the drawings
are as per Architecture & Engineering standards & whether
they conform to the brand guidelines. The entire process
of reviewing a project involves five working days.
