Project Brief:
A residential group housing project in BC, Canada, measuring
about 100,000 sq ft with 150 residential units.
eLogicTech's SCOPE OF WORK:
The client provided the conceptual plans, from which eLogicTech
developed the preliminary elevations, sections and conceptual
views in 3D. Once the design was finalized eLogicTech
developed the marketing set of drawings along with 3Dimensional
rendered images of the project used for marketing collateral.
eLogicTech also developed the City Permit set drawings
and followed it up with the extensive construction drawings
required for the project. Throughout the life-cycle of
the project, architects at eLogicTech were in direct coordination
with the various services consultants for streamlining
the architectural drawings with the services documents.
