This project consisted of a main luxury hotel building
design along with several villa style accommodations,
covering a total of 150,000 sq ft of built space. The
interesting feature of the project was that the actual
project site, the design team and the architectural services
provider were in three remote locations of the globe,
and coordination between the three was a very challenging
task.
eLogicTech's SCOPE OF WORK:
Using a team of highly technical people, eLogicTech pioneered
the process of remote project management for this project.
The project was developed in REVIT using BIM technology
which helped in coordination by offering great aid towards
visualization, parametric design and 100% change tracking.
The final deliverables were submitted both in 2D & 3D
formats.
