Project Brief:
A 100-year-old heritage building in downtown Vancouver
required renovation. Its original use was to be retained
along with its original architectural style. Certain new
uses and features were proposed to be added to the building.
The renovated building was to retain its original style
and also complement the architectural features of the
two old buildings adjoining it on either side.
eLogicTech's SCOPE OF WORK:
Since there were no available technical drawings of the
building, eLogicTech received inputs from the client in
the form of field drawings and some photographs. eLogicTech
used this information to develop CAD plans and elevations
which helped the client to arrive at the final design
for the project. eLogicTech worked in tandem with the
client to transfer his design ideas into a complete set
of design development documents and rendered 3-Dimensional
views.
