Virtual Dedicated Team

A thorough requirement analysis of our clients' projects helps us to set up a dedicated team of qualified personnel suited for the client. The team is headed by a Project Manager who is the principal contact person for communicating instructions from the client to the team.

Reporting Process

Time schedule and estimate is given at the start of project. Progress on project reported on a daily basis. Regular communication by Project Manager is maintained through e-mail and phone conversation through VOIP & Skype. Instructions from client transferred to team by Project Manager.

Web enabled Project Collaboration

Progress drawings transferred to client periodically for review. The client stays in control of its project and manages the design development process remotely by giving regular inputs to the team. At the end of this process the final deliverables are sent to the client. Activity and time log is maintained accurately.

On-Site Personnel

Project Managers from elogicTech are periodically sent for visits to client's office to get hands-on experience, understand client's methodologies and assist long distance project management.
