Q7. What is the skill set of the
people working with you?
Most of our people are architects with B.Arch
/ B.E. or M.Arch / M.E with advanced skills
of AutoCAD. Many of our people are additionally
trained in latest BIMS softwares like REVIT,
ADT, ARCHICAD and visualization software like
3DS-Max.
The team also undergoes a continuous evaluation
and training process to help them improve their
skills in communication, managing projects,
advanced technology etc.
Q8. How can I make sure that my ideas and instructions
are communicated effectively to the team?
You will be delegated a Project Manager to
head the team assigned for your project.
The project manager would be your one-point
contact with your team. He/She will be in constant
communication with you through e-mails, telephone,
fax, Internet phone like SKYPE and video conferences,
so that information is always exchanged between
the client abroad and the team in India.
Our effective and robust communication system
is the key to our success in providing accurate
and punctual services.
Q9. How will you ensure code compliance?
We are familiar with all architectural
data requirements for code compliance following
IBC.
Additionally you might opt for the product "eLogic
CodeChecker developed
by our R&D Wing which is an application program
for checking code compliance.
Q10. Can you give me total security as far as my IP is
concerned?
We enter into a non-disclosure
agreement with you to ensure total confidentiality
of both your identity and your intellectual property.
In addition we maintain a strict back-up policy
of our data, so that your IP is safe and secure.
